signed as a true record of the meeting.

The hedges in Liverton
have still not been trimmed, it was decided to send a follow up letter. Mr Wills sent an email to Mr Bardell with
reference to the grit bins.

Councillors and Police Officer.
Mr Christophers
reported that there were only a few people attending the Community Initiative
scheme. Most o f the parish councillors
attended the meeting at Blackpool School hosted by members of the Kandy Club
and agreed that more parents need to get involved. Mr Gibson also commented that information given at the meeting
was misleading and the information used had been gained from Parish Council
meetings as the Kandy club has never been in contact with the Ilsington United
Charities.
Mr Christophers
informed the meeting that the DVD would be shown at the youth council next
week, he will be attending.
Mr Barker has attended
the budget meeting at County Hall and voted against the increases because some
of the spending was on non essential spending.
Blackpool School had a very good ofsted report and the inspector wrote
to the children informing them of his findings.

No more information
has been received with regard to the parking on Old Liverton Road; a speed
camera has been used in Liverton this week.

Cluster Group meeting in Liverton 14th March 2006
The councillors went
on to discuss the small field next to Little Meadow in Liverton they agreed
they should write to the Waldron brothers and ask if they would consider
renting it for the parish councils use.
